How Pension Benefits are Determined

Your Pension Credits and related benefits are based on the hours you work in Covered Employment. Your monthly Retirement Benefit earned each Plan Year is determined by your hours worked in the Plan and based upon applicable benefit table shown below. [Section V(A)(1)(i)
